Juliana is a professional with more than 20 years of experience in market research and strategic planning in the fields of marketing and communication. Throughout her career, she worked in several multinational research and advertising agencies. From 2001 to 2010, she lived in London, where she completed a BS in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Research Methods. She then became a visiting lecturer in the Department of Psychology at the University of Westminster. Since 2010, after returning to Brazil, she has developed consultancy work in social and public opinion research. Nevertheless, the 10 years she lived in London granted her a new interest: the knowledge and enhancement of the use of the English language. This is what led Juliana to join The Drake’s team in 2012 – a partnership in which she provides the company with the knowledge obtained in England at the same time as she enjoys the encouragement and expertise from The Drake.
