Fabiana has a degree in Nutrition from the University of São Paulo (USP) and also completed Alumni’s Training Course for Translators and Interpreters in 1999. Even during college, she used to translate scientific papers and abstracts to be published in the Journal of Food Composition and Analysis. In the upcoming years, she worked as a nutritionist for multinational companies and local restaurants, always having translation as a regular assignment as well. In 2012, Fabiana started engaging in the field of Market Research, translating all the material to be applied in local market research from English into Portuguese, and then translating the final reports back to the client from Portuguese into English. In 2015, she left the corporate world and became a full-time translator, specializing in the fields of business, compliance, sustainability and naturally, market research. Fabiana joined The Drake’s team in 2017.
