Cris started her career as a biologist conducting research studies for the Renal Physiopathology Lab at the University of S\u00e3o Paulo Medical School. She was also involved in translating veterinary field research reports for Bayer. She then got a degree in Translation and Interpretation from Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Alumni, S\u00e3o Paulo and taught Math and Science at St. Paul\u2019s British School in S\u00e3o Paulo. In the past few years Cris has dedicated her time to private tutoring, translating and interpreting. Most of her interpreting work has been focused on topics related to Medicine and Health (Diabetes, Pharmacology, Deficiencies, Hearing Impairment, among others).
